Thelma Paredes

Thelma is our Senior Case Manager. She joined us after years of working at two different personal injury law firms in Orange County. She has over 16 years of experience with a background in workers’ compensation. Thelma graduated from California State University, Long Beach, where she received her bachelor’s degree in psychology. Through her compassion, devotion and incredible work ethic, Thelma has successfully helped thousands of people during the most difficult times in their lives. She works closely with Mr. Hershler to ensure the best results for our clients. Thelma is a fluent Spanish speaker.
